Mark your calendar for Lexington’s 26th annual Founders’ Day celebration to be held at McConnell Springs on Saturday May 16, 2020. Experience frontier life up close! Founders’ Day is an all-day event. Live traditional music, colonial crafts & artifacts. Pioneer & Native demonstrations and hands-on frontier fun. Visit the frontier living history area surrounding our primitive log cabin. Live animals, community & nature exhibits. This is a FREE family event, come spend the day! Lunch cooked onsite by the Friends of McConnell Springs as a special fundraiser for park events.
